With the exception of the supermarket, the staircases, as well as individual "service rooms" for
baby carriages, bicycles, garbage etc., the ground floor will remain open and elevated. 40 parking
spaces for the supermarket are located under the building.
The green roof of the food market offers space for the terraces of the apartments on the 1st floor.
In the inner courtyard, whose green space the tenants can use, the parking area is sealed off by
a noise-reducing wooden formwork.
