The planned building on the site is strictly based on the development plan, according
to which 5 floors are permitted.
The building owner specifically plans family-friendly, affordable, subsidized and
price-oriented apartments. Due to the low floor area max. 6 apartments can be realized.
On the ground floor to the street side parking spaces for cars as well bicycles are offered.
The building is designed as a compact building with an open ground plan around a
central inner core. To the north and the south balconies are planned for every apartment.
