This one-storey building completes the urban development along the Ernst-Thälmann and Richard-Israel-Strasse.

To fit into the urban design figure the existing design was adopted for the new building structure. The façade design with its irregular sequence of vertical projections and recesses and color changes of the plaster surface was also adopted from the existing buildings and adapted to the use. Canopies and roof overhangs mark the respective entrances.
The 105 parking spots with tree rows are are located along the entire length of the building.
