The building forms a perimeter development and opens with its entrance to the parking space.
At Brunsbütteler Damm there is another building axis with a cafe and smaller shop in order to increase
the urban quality along the road.
Dark façade panels up to a height of 4.00 m enclose the building - the front entrance area is made of a
glass facade and color-contrasting panels. There is a light band, which seperates the slightly inclined
roof from the building; this gives the building - especially in the dark - a light and bright impression.
The large canopy protect the customers, but also give the building its light character.
The 94 parking spaces are shielded against the neighborhood by a noise barrier. The delivery location of
the truck is "stuck" in the building so that it does not appear visually or acoustically.
